We Are Back To Mobile Legends: Bang Bang - Back To Mage Supreme
Despite a downsize on your graphics quality, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a very convenient game I must say. Why would you play games anyway if you don’t seek relaxation or convenience. I played League Of Legends: Wild Rift because the graphics are really high quality. I really love the pace of the game but when it's time to update League Of Legends: Wild Rift, I was asked to uninstall 7 apps just to update the game. Why? I will not do that for a game.
If you want to check out the review of League of Legends: Wild Rift, you can check it out here.
Ever since I played Mobile Legends, I am a mage user, well at least a ranged attacker. I don’t use melee that much. It is either I pick a marksman or a mage, I choose the latter. Before Season 18 I was a Chang’e user then they nerfed and nerfed the poor bunny. Now that it is Season 25 already the trend is that they are banning Nana on draft. I have no choice but to have Lylia.
Lylia is a hero that uses energy damage. She is a mid laner mage that deletes all enemy minions instantly when her glooms stack up. She resonates to her Glooms, where she acquires additional movement speed whenever she is in the range of the glooms.
Angry Gloom
Lylia gets power from Gloom, increasing her movement speed by 15% whenever she is within the area of Gloom. Additionally, every time Gloom is upgraded, her movement speed is increased by 5%, stacking up to 4 times or 20% for a maximum of 35% movement speed increase.
Magic Shockwave
Lylia sends out Gloom in a line, dealing 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 / 500 (+100%Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies along the path and slowing them by 40% for 1.5 seconds.
Shadow Energy
Lylia condenses Shadow Energy at a location, dealing 100 / 112 / 124 / 136 / 148 / 160 (+50% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies hit and slowing them by 80% for 0.5 seconds.
Black Shoes
Lylia returns to the Black Shoes' location 4 seconds ago and restoring all 5 Shadow Energy charges, 100% of her HP and Mana to the previous state, and get an extra 10% / 15% / 20% Max HP. She also gains 20% extra Movement Speed by 20% for 2 / 3 / 4 seconds.
Additional Tips
As a mage she generally positions herself at the back. She needs to work her way to plant the shadow energies and pop them at the right time. Besides, Mobile Legends still works on the timing. It is not as the timing of League of Legends but it is more of the timing on how your team mates work their way.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is more aggressive in terms of timing, the gameplay is much faster. It mainly depends on the sequence of skill animation instead of executing the clash in a much graceful manner. Though Lylia is a little bit of an exception, she only needs to detonate these orbs while the others are attacking the opposing side.
Versus a Zilong
Zilong will be fast but there is a precise way in deleting this hero. Zilong is a fighter, which means he is not as tanky but hits like a bulldozer. You need to take note of your Black Shoes if you are Lylia, you need to hit that SS just in the right time. Once you hit your Ultimate, you will go back where your Black Shoes are with a renewed number of Energy Orbs, you need to slow Zilong down. It is not important to hit as much as “explosion”, the important thing is the last explosion that would kill him. You might use an Ice Queen Wand or Glowing Wand.
Versus A Gusion
Gusion is a tricky Assassin, he is also a precision hero so you might want to confuse him with your location. As long as you are alive after his attacks you may turn the tide once you press that SS skill. Don’t go too far though he has fast movement speed.
Versus A Tank
There is no other way to delete a tank from existence than to take it slow. Pop a few to reduce the health and clash your way to victory. Make sure the Ultimate is already on cooldown otherwise it might get ugly in the statistics for Mages in general.
Mages are fragile but Lylia has twice the health bar, if you will use it properly. Further tips below for survivability of Lylia. You can not help the team if you are dead.
Don’t Solo
Lylia has enough fire power, however if stunted especially by Selena, your health would not be enough until you wake up. Don’t solo anywhere in the map, you can cover enough proximity but ensure your escape routes. Kills don’t matter if you have a lot of Deaths.
Be Mindful Of The Map
In case you are a stubborn player, always be mindful of the map. Check where the enemy is. If you see a hero disappearing from the map, always save yourself. Go back to where you can have protection. As a mage you are an easy target, and additional gold for the hero that kills you.
Always keep your Ultimate Ready
If you already used the Ultimate leave energy orbs behind and let your Glooms snack it all the way to your enemies and take away the heat from you. It is always good to be on the safe side of the map, either in the bushes or at the back of your Tank. If you have no tank then you should get out and plan your regroup.
Mages are huge damage dealers of the team next to Marksman. Lylia is not an exception, she is an amazing escape artist and nuker. She can contribute to the kills department and on cleaning up lanes. She can cover a huge ground in terms of AOE; she just needs to set up the explosion properly. Though the players should have precision in planting the Energy Orbs. Anticipation and Execution to a better Lyllia, on my rank right now seems holding up for me.
Lylia to be specific is a very good choice, she is not getting banned in the draft pick and she is slick and can deliver powerful damage. The only cons about her, is that, sometimes it is hard to navigate to where she will end up. Sometimes you will be tempted to use the Black Shoes to escape ending up in the wrong place after all. The player handling a Lylia should be accurate enough to know the details of when to use the Black Shoes or just escape as a normal mage would do. Sometimes I do kamikazee to get out of trouble. If I know I will be OOFED in a situation, I should take someone with me, we both lose. In general she is a crafty mage, she is very high in utility. She has a lot of use, I recommend her up to Epic but we still don’t know if that would change on the Legendary status.
