Revisiting Marvel Future Fight - The Making Of Doctor Doom
I have played Marvel Future Fight a lot of times and it has already come to the realization that it is already time to stop. I started my journey just before Tier-3 and Galactus were introduced and I stopped when the insane Epic Quest Dark Reign was introduced then I started again when the Defenders came out. Now that the anniversary of Marvel Future Fight is, I am trying to build Doctor Doom.
My interest in Doctor Doom is the same interest that I have with Iron Man. Doctor Doom and Iron Man are armored and, let's say, very complicated. From an Anime perspective, the interest with Gundam is much less. Coming back to the game is not as exciting as ever, seeing the characters that I already built in the game made it more interesting.
Doctor Doom’s uniform is very good for PVP though I am not sure if it is countered by the uniforms after that, though I am still optimistic about it. I have this attachment of his default uniform, however the 3099 still suits him very well, like a true ruler.
We are currently an All Marvel All Month Event, however I want to build Doctor Doom however I am not able to build him fully up to the end of April. I will never make it since he is a native Tier-2 so a lot of Black Anti-Matter will be needed for him and for his uniform. Also like any other uniform it has a requirement that I don’t think that I can complete.
Let’s build him as a PVP character, since I wanted to replace Daredevil on the line up. Doctor Doom can be a very good replacement for him. Doctor Doom’s 3099 uniform has a long iframe, debuff and accumulation that would really beef up his damage. 3099 uniforms has a reputation of bad, however this with Doctor Doom has very high utility especially on PVP.
Enticing to save some Crystals for the Hawkeyes but I rather stick to the plan to go with Doctor Doom. For the next coming days I will upgrade him up to Tier-3 and his uniform to Mythic. I already failed to enhance his potential, that was a lot of Black Anti-Matter already but it is fine, now that it is almost depleted by a thousand, it is now a good showcase with minimal resources no how long we can upgrade a Tier-2 native to Tier-3.
Let’s focus on one part first, his Potential, a lot of materials are really needed just for his Potential, well it is either or combination however with huge quantity. I am talking about either the Black Anti-Matter or Chaos Stones Though we need from time to time to fuse Black Anti-Matter for his uniform. We will do that by raving the World Boss Ultimate. Let’s not force the Legendary but the only matter now, is to farm these from the World Boss Ultimate and I guess in Shadowland. Shadowland is also good content that has a good amount of Anti Black Matter. This weekend I will try to reach the highest floor that I can with my characters. I hope I can have a lot of Anti Black Matter and then it will reset on a Sunday I think but regardless, I will get the Anti Black Matter that I need.

In the coming series I will post a weekly update about our Doctor Doom on how tough upgrading a native Tier-2 to Tier-3 and actually building a powerful Doctor Doom. He is not in the top of the meta but he has competitive damage stats. Let’s see if we have a Tier-3 Doctor who can clear a Knull stage.
