Marvel Future Fight Quest: Unlocking Jean Grey And The Rest of The Epic Quests

This is the first actual blog post that I am reviewing the content of Marvel Future Fight. Before we go ranting about the CTP Forging system or the Premium Comic Card system you need to really develop your characters and you also need to unlock some powerful characters as well.

As a new player in the game, you will surely need characters to fully enjoy Marvel Future Fight. There is content in Marvel Future Fight wherein you will get a free character however the catch is that you need to develop that character through missions.

This content is called Epic Quest. Epic Quest is a story mode content of a specific character. In Marvel Future Fight there is one called X-Force wherein you will have a free-to-play character. In X-Force Epic Quest you will get Deadpool. Deadpool is a native Tier-2 character however you can only upgrade him through quests in the X-Force Epic Quest. You will never get biometrics of Deadpool anywhere.

In Epic Quests you will get to play the free character at one-star. Same as with the Rise of X-Men Epic Quest you will get for free is Wolverine.

Within the Epic Quest, there is also a powerful character that you can unlock. In the Rise of X-Men Epic Quest, you can unlock Jean Grey. Jean Grey is really the most OP character in the game she can wipe out each and every character in the game, depending on your build. Though regardless of your build, maybe you can kill a Jean Grey in PVP, she is not easy to kill.

That is also why as advised by the majority of players finish the Epic Quest first and build acquire Jean Grey.

How Can You Acquire Jean Grey?

To acquire her, you need to build a set of characters up to Tier-2. You need to advance Rogue, Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, and Magneto. For the rest except for Magneto you can farm them on their respective stages within the Epic Quest. For Magneto there is a price of 6,600 crystals to unlock him. If you are a Free-to-Play player and just counting the weekly crystals you can unlock him around 6 months. Magneto is a Deluxe character in Rise Of The X-men Epic Quest and don’t worry about ranking him up as he has his own stage wherein you can at least farm around 20 Magneto biometrics daily.

Actually unlocking Jean Grey is the least of your worries your biggest worry is really building her up. Since she is a native Tier-2 character you need to have a lot of Gold.

Uniforms

I am still thinking of which uniform of Jean Grey. She has X-Men Red uniform and Marvel Girl uniform from the House Of X comic series. She maintains the Blast Type on her X-Men Red uniform while in the Marvel Girl uniform she transformed into a Universal Type character. Both are powerful however the in the Marvel Girl uniform Jean Grey issues mostly are Mind Damage.

I am still stocking up Gold for her my experience with Thanos is that they really cost a lot of Gold. She is a 4-star character right now like I said I am still saving my Gold for her I think if I would go up to 30 Million Gold maybe I will start working on her again. Currently, on around 10M Gold, that’s the cost of adding another star to her rank. What about her skills? That cost gold too.

She really costs a lot of Gold but I need her to also help me rank up in the Timeline Battle. For a week if you are consistently going up on Timeline Battle the rewards are also crystals. I need additional crystals to speed up buying the other Deluxe characters.

My next will be Invisible Woman, so I can unlock Doctor Doom in First Family Epic Quest.
