Diablo Immortal SEA Release: The Heroes Of Sanctuary
So the floodgates of hell was released, Diablo is now in SEA.Well before the server toxicity and all that player BS, let’s focus first on the game. And I really have a very bad feeling about it. I was excited when the hype piled up on my head but when I downloaded and actually played the game it was not the kind of game that I knew a couple of decades ago. My character is taking up my screen.
What Is Diablo Immortal?
Diablo Immortal is the newest MMORPG from Blizzard available for PC and Mobile. You can play the game free to play on mobile currently released Globally which was released in SEA July 08 GMT +8 (July 07 PST).
If you played the Diablo series, you know that Tyrael is presumed dead. He technically exploded from the last scene in Diablo II, then the setting after Diablo II is this, Diablo Immortal. You know the lore, you know what happened to each and every character in Diablo. My heart was full when they announced this one and they are setting the game in between Diablo II and Diablo III. Though I speed run my “social” account meaning the account that is declared to my friends, I just want to see exactly the controls. Expect the monk character to be on the videos in our Youtube Channel. If you are new here, better to subscribe to our channels to be notified about our future content.
The Characters
Monk
Expert in hand-to-hand combat. These holy warriors channel their power in eradicating the demons of Sanctuary. Mystic Arts and gentle blows demons can not escape the wrath of these holy warriors.
Crusader
Better with Flail? Morning Star? With a Shield or not, who can ignore the power of these Knights of the Sanctuary. Compared to the Monk, these armored knights are buffed with holy magic as well. They rely on heavy armor so they can last more in long battles.
Barbarian
If Monk and Crusader are backed up with Holy Magic and Mystic powers, these brutes are backed up with insane physical awesomeness. The heavy hitters are back and their attack is their best defense. Nothing can stand in their way because if you are, you will see your creator before you can hit the Barbarian.
Wizard
The usual skill spammer because they have the nature to back them up. They are fragile but before you can actually drop them with a sword, you might see yourself flying up in the air. If you manage to hit them, you will hit ice first.
Demon Hunter
From the old Diablo installment there is this Amazon that really has rapid arrows. Amazing accuracy these marksman of the Sanctuary. Let the arrows rain!
Necromancer
Let the chilling hand of your beloved haunt you! This hero from the otherside of the spectrum has an army of the dead on his side. Fragile but very high utility.
On my “social” account I chose the Crusader because one of my friends already picked the monk. The one that I will feature in our Youtube Channel will be monk. The hype over the specific character is really not my style. Everyone else would pick Demon Hunter besides the Necromancer, well maybe I will do some of these classes, underdogs first.
The first impression seems impressive but it seems a little bit dragging or it is just my character is too big. Well I truly like the somewhat “Open-world”-ly of the game but it is just a little bit of a drag? It is not much of an action to me, the action is a bit more dull, at least for the Crusader. I am not sure if that is the totality why players don't like the Crusader that much. Unlike Demon Hunters the moves are a bit dynamic and awesome arrow action. Seeing the monk for quite some time, the guy just frenzied, fast, and dynamic. I really do expect they maintain the aura of the Crusader though he is a Crusader, the guy is aligned on the defense not on offense. But I would expect a good animation on what he does with his sword or shield. Hopefully the first impression exceeds my last impression, I will review in a few weeks.
