Confusion Over The Cast Of Kraven The Hunter: Will This Be On MCU?
Spider-man alone has a colorful set of villains that has a lot of appeal to the fans. One of them is Kraven The Hunter. Not completely sure if Sony will continue to connect to the MCU but with Kraven The Hunter of course it will be Spider-man. However is it a good idea to put Russel Crowe in Kraven?
What are the variables on this? We know that Skrulls are here, we know the Multiverse and America Chavez can take us to that realm. I think there are a lot of Marvel-Easter-Egg Channels out there that really noticed the people that are in the cracks of the Multiverse. One of them was Kraven. Now that the cast are all plotted out, there is one cast in the Kraven The Hunter I found shocking.
Though having two roles in the MCU is no longer new. There is Gemma Chan, for starters that played Eternals but first seen in the MCU in Captain Marvel. Regardless how it will all play out, we see Russel Crowe in Thor: Love and Thunder somewhat a God, however he will also appear in Kraven the Hunter. In Kraven, he will be the father of Kraven, which for me will be a minor role.I hope it will blend in the MCU because Spider-man has a lot of interesting foes. Classic is always good for me. I am like Coulson in a different country.
Kraven The Hunter is the arch-nemesis of Spider-man that is inlined with animals. He does hunting for sports and if he catches Spider-man he can brag about his title as the World’s Greatest Hunter. He can actually hunt for Rhino right? I am not sure why they are obsessed with Spider-man but spiders are arachnids, it is not close to being a mammal. So I don’t get it.
Though I am still excited about Kraven The Hunter, though hyping it now will not solve the underlying question will it be good? Maybe it is just another Morbius? That is the difference between non-MCU Marvel movies. I have no hate, it is just the box-office say so. I don’t want to say that it sucks, but the turnout can’t be silenced. I have no right to judge, since I have not seen it yet. I still want to watch it, but there are just things that I don’t want to spoil for myself. I love to see if Sony has a plan to bring them all together as Sinister Six, that would still be a good idea, adding Moon Knight fighting side by side with Morbius would be awesome.
The MCU set a very high benchmark with superhero movies. And having dual identity for different MCU movies maybe a very bad idea. The confusion that you saw an actor from a different MCU film then you saw the same actor in a different MCU film might raise confusion, unless you get an actor that is not that popular. I hope there is a lesson that is learned in all of this and I hope it will be realized in the succeeding movies like Kraven or if they will be the one producing the Sinister Six that would be awesome. They already did it before in Spider-man they can do it once again in the next movies.
