What If We Will Have A What If Update In Marvel Future Fight

It started with Wanda Vision when we received a mid month update about the series.

Then as of this writing the rest is history as we have received all Disney+ shows without skip.

What if we got a What If… update, in Marvel Future Fight?

What is this “What if…” series in Disney+

These are alternate realities in the MCU when a major event happened differently.

Spoilers Alert

Agent Carter receives the super soldier serum instead of Rogers. 

 

Will Netmarble put Agent Carter to Captain America’s uniform list? Or the devs would put it as a new character?

The What If series has a lot of interesting characters and scenarios that can be injected into the Marvel Future Fight universe.

The only question is who wears who?

On the episode where T’Challa was chosen as Star-Lord.

Will Star-Lord have a T’Challa version of Star-Lord? Or BlackPanther will have a Star-Lord uniform?

The more logical approach is the latter. Since T’Challa is the base persona, it would mean that Black Panther will have a Star-Lord uniform in What if.

Which will be interesting since Captain America already has a Blast type uniform, T’Challa will have a Blast type uniform now.

I mean it is not new in Marvel Future Fight to change types when there is a new uniform.

Crazy as it means on the Zombie episode, all the characters on that episode will get a Zombie version, if it is, then Thanos will have a new uniform then.

The series will have 9 episodes, I smell another Epic Quest where instead of having Tier 2 characters the requirement to unlock the main character in the Epic Quest is to have the uniforms in Mythic.

It is a longshot to have Epic Quest set up like that but I am not sure who is reading on the other side of this blog post. I am an ordinary guy with wild imaginations.

I can not stress enough that Marvel Future Fight is on the conservative side in releasing too many characters recently or is it just how the movie or the series turned out to be. Netmarble is more on baiting players with the amazing animations to buy the uniform and complete its required uniforms for additional stats.

The reality that if you did not level up the uniforms in Mythic you really can not maximize the options of a uniform if not completed.

If they continue like this, games like Marvel Future Fight will be more and more irrelevant in emerging Blockchain games. People would be more interested in buying assets that have an ROI instead of spending in games like these that would only mean luxury to the players.

They should balance the game up to the point that Free To Play players should enjoy the uniform that the players buy in the game.

The “What If... “ series will be a good venue to entice more players to stay in the game but with the cash grab system of uniform requirement will be the downfall of it.

Premium characters should be at least an advantage to Free To Play players but their uniforms should not be in the requirement or put them on Heroic or Legendary slots.

It will be an exciting update!
