The castle is the premium item in the game. It is the one that you can sell on their own marketplace to earn money.

You can play the game without the castle, however it will be tough to move from Level 7 onwards. Without the castle you really can’t upgrade the towers in the game.

In Level 7 you really need to have upgraded towers as the flying gargoyle is tough as rhinoceros without a tower upgrade.

Castle sales are kept secret because when they release a castle it sells like pancakes.

There is a free to play way to have a castle. If there is someone that will let you rent their castle.

The castle can be rented for 15 days but if you do not play for 2 consecutive days the owner of the castle can terminate your contract.

It is when the castle is sold it is the time where you can earn more besides the XP that you earn playing the game.

There are more games within the Pocket Arena umbrella that you can play and at the same time earn XP. The games are pretty much like jumping from one wooden plan to another or similar to Tetris.
