The Making Of A Ruler - Doctor Doom Tier-3, The Ruler of Latveria

This is the week that we Advance Doctor Doom as Tier-3. Thanks to the Crafting I was able to craft CCF in no time. Recently I had a problem not getting a single CCF in World Boss Ultimate even if it is the Boss of the day. Good thing I have enough Transcendent materials I was able to produce the needed CCF in the Craft menu. This week we build Tier-3 Doctor Doom in Marvel Future Fight.

When we started this journey with Doctor Doom, Doom was already level 64. If you are thinking that it is a shortcut since we did not start at level 60, it is still a long way to run. The gears are at level 20, no Urus, Incomplete ISO-8s. There is still a lot to do even at Level 64. There are still 3 more Potential Enhancements, and after all of that advancing it to Tier-3 would require another set of materials.

All of the unlockable characters will start at Tier-2 1-star. Since they areTier-2 Native, you will need a lot of Black Anti-Matter to build them up to 6-star. A lot of gold and Black Anti-Matter is needed in this process so make sure you stack up. Then the next is unlocking the potential and another expensive process which is enhancing the potential 6 times then upgrading the character up to level 70.

Even though we started at level 64 the materials did not change to upgrade Doctor Doom. The only thing you conserved there is time. It could be more than 4 weeks to upgrade Doctor Doom from the ground up. Also note that we did not upgrade the uniform up to Mythic.

This week we will really test Doctor Doom in the Timeline Battle. The plan is to build him with Dodge. The real badass now in Timeline Battle is the red suit of Spider-man in No Way Home. When Spider-Man walks towards you then you will be just wrapped with a web and then you will be mauled by a lot of “mechanical” spiders. The other one is Thanos, Thanos’ new uniform is pretty badass, even though he is not technically somewhere else when a Black Order appears, it seems Thanos enters an iFrame. On the other hand, Doctor Doom can really kill a Sentry.

My arrangement is Doom first then Wolverine, then Sentry. I will update the next day the arrangement I will let Wolverine first then Doom. The benefits of that arrangement will be in the next battle with the skills already waiting to be executed. Doom’s skills are just needed to be executed and with proper execution and timing he can kill anyone. Sometimes on Autoplay, his skills are just being interrupted.

Next week I will try to showcase how far Doctor Doom can clear on Cull Obsidian. This thick skinned alien is really hard to break. Here are the stats so far.

We are almost capped with Crit Rate and Crit Damage. I am not sure how far before we cap dodge but it is currently at 36% Dodge. Even though there are characters that really ignore Dodge at all, it is still nice to see that you are saved by Dodge so that you can execute the skills properly in PVP. Though most of the time I just let the autoplay do his job, from time to time I engage in the game because either it is Thanos or it is Spider-man. What do you think so far? How long did you build your Doctor Doom in Marvel Future Fight?
