Everyone in their houses or on their phones, playing games or streaming, there is no chance you haven’t come across some influencers or content creators. Sometimes the voice of some content creators are not convincing or not really aligned on the industry the creator is into.

We can only have as much early on in content creation so start whatever you have. Better equipment will come eventually. You can start with your phone and be professional looking in front of the camera.

You can start with the camera on your phone. It is important that the camera is clear and good enough to see the beauty and sincerity of what you are saying. However if you have a scary video genre, your lights could be dimmer hence, you need a much powerful camera that can help you focus more on you even if the lights are dimmed.

Syncing The Video and Your Script

You have your script and prepared the tools that you need and you get over the shoot now let’s go to the exciting part. If you are in the gaming genre and you do not want to show your face early on your videos and just want to focus on the gameplay, syncing the video and the script will be an important step.

Game genres could be a lot more meticulous in stitching together the theme or content that you want to show your audience. What should be your focus or you will just be voicing over the game video. The gameplay could be a dynamic part and all you need is to adjust further your script to align the tempo of your game. You might want to summarize some parts to keep up with what is showing in the game. To some, if you are presenting some tips, you can  have a loop of the battle and splice it and insert the video where you are talking about the tip or gameplay you want to showcase. It could be a tricky task at first but in the end you will get the hang of it.

These are some tips in content creation, content is king however there are some other aspects to it, should be taken into consideration. Here are some of the known problems that you could encounter and some workarounds that you can do about it.

Low Voice Sound - If you are starting out and you do not have enough to work on with an iPhone or much powerful android counterpart of it, a low voice sound could be your main issue on your content. If you focus on the game sound and not on what you need to say about the game could cause a problem especially if you are giving out tips or important information about the game updates.

Solution: You can use Audacity, it is an open source audio editor where you can increase the volume of your voice to match the game audio as if they are shot at the same time.

No Game Sound - If you have no budget for fancy display adapters that can cast your phone or console to a laptop or TV, and have an audio output to it, we can go around it via softwares that can be used to stream with in-game audio.

Solution: You can record it via built in game recorders on your phone. If you are doing content creation via Youtube and you don’t stream this is the way you can have in-game audio and put your voice over to your game. If you are streaming and you need game audio, you can use LetsView software, install it in your PC where you will cast it and install it in your Phone, connect it via Wifi.

You Don’t Like Your Voice Register - This is sometimes the hardest part since you only have one voice. If you are a gaming content creator, this is not the focus of most of the audience for gaming. There are a lot of content creators that have annoying sounds and yet are successful in their craft. However if your content does require a special kind of tone either your voice should be sincere or mysterious, hiring a voice actor should be the only way to do it. What we talk about here is the register of your voice, if the content would fit like a James Bond voice and your voice is like from a kid’s show, it could be really a problem.

Solution: There might be no better way to do this but to spend a little more on a software that will cater all your voice issues. There are text to voice applications that can give you a boost in presenting what you need to convey with your audience. There are some channels that really use these softwares ore applications but still garnered a lot of subscribers and views on Youtube.

Though I will no longer explicitly mention the 10 Youtube channels that can be using softwares but what is there to be ashamed of if it works, it is good. What I can share with you is a software that you can choose from that can help you with your content. It will be a minimal spending for all of you and if you plan to shift content there is a voice already for you.
