So It Is Confirmed Will This Be The Movie? Deadpool Versus/And Wolverine

With some teasers of Deadpool and videos, shorts that Hugh Jackman is with Ryan Reynolds you are not human if you don’t get excited about it. It is bloody bonkers! It would be crazy if both of their characters would appear on the MCU. Though I hope they make better jokes I guess. The humor should be Ryan Reynolds one Ryan is good with this.

In the comics, Deadpool is really a slapstick character though there are instances that he appeared and messes with Thanos. Though I am not an avid reader of Deadpool issues in the comics, the light that Deadpool brings to the whole Marvel Comics should resonate in the MCU as well. There should be a compelling storyline that the background is serious that Deadpool would completely destroy. It will be amazing to watch that. Not to mention if there is Wolverine. With the Multiverse come into play, this will be a smooth transition to the new Wolverine.

I already accepted that Hugh Jackman will not be the Wolverine moving forward, if he is doing this, he will give the character a proper goodbye. We all love Hugh Jackman but he moved on, I already accepted that, how he enjoys The Music Man. At the end of the day, his passion comes first. This one last appearance as Logan supposedly ends his version of Wolverine and to who knows who. Though I am still skeptical if the Hulk and Wolverine movie will happen, I am still hopeful that would be phenomenal as well.

Though going back with Deadpool, the MCU has changed several versions of its Marvel Comic storyline to fit it all in a 2hr movie. Though I can’t ignore who will be the screenplay of the movie Deadpool this time, I hope there will be a whole lot more story than jokes. Deadpool is not a character to make a satire and just mess the whole Marvel Comics. Deadpool also has a substantial amount of storyline that comes with it. He is even included in the Secret Wars. Though again MCU can change what is the “Secret Wars” in the MCU.

Deadpool is a very interesting character unlike what Fox did to the character. Though I must say there are no flop movies during the Fox era, however it just felt that it became a satire. It should be Deadpool will be the one cracking jokes and not the actual scene is a joke. Deadpool appeared in Civil War as a bounty hunter, he time traveled to defeat Arnim Zola once, he is an X–Force, like I said he crossblades with Thanos. He should be funny enough to be the Deadpool that he used to be, but the key is the situation where he is in should be serious enough to give the shine Wade deserves. Besides if this is the last of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine this should be monumental.

There are a lot of hints and clues already around the internet. There is an old screencap of Marvel Studio’s HR that Hugh Jackman is hired for one movie. No one can stop the MCU at this phase, though there are some MCU movies in the past that seem premature in production, like a half-baked Iron Man 3, I guess. Though the series so far never ceased to amaze me. Though this is not a MCU review site, I really bet that Thor Love and Thunder is a bit poor in its value in the whole MCU ecosystem. It is good but I am trying to find its interests and caliber. Christian Bale is exceptional but it became a parody all together. It revealed Hercules and that’s it but the value of Gorr the God Butcher has left me hanging. I would have thought that the sword will go somewhere to have connection with Knull.

I hope that this movie will not be another Eternals and Love and Thunder all together. We know the MCU better and they are not like this. I guess they are just giving some leeway with the series in Disney Plus but the MCU should not suffer. The MCU series is back to back, great and exciting. With the developments of Daredevil and with She-Hulk it is really spicy. Surreal to see Hugh Jackman in a Wolverine suit again. I am really looking forward to this. I hope there are other heroes seen in this movie, not just Wolverine.
